Cancellation Policy
At Waxed we value your time and understand that life happens. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
No-Shows:
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Cancellations:
- Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delay. However, to respect the schedules of our other clients, we enforce a strict 7-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full appointment.
In such cases, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Consistent Cancellations or No-Shows:
- After three instances of late cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to pay the full price of the service upfront when booking future appointments.
